Technology and people are my most important areas of interest. With over 10 years of experience in the tech sector, variating from gaming (Spil Games) to telecommunication (KPN), I had the pleasure to see the digital transformation up close. The continuous puzzling of how we can make technology finer, better and easier for people is a fantastic journey. I was fortunate enough to hold different positions during my career ranging from partnership management, business development, marketing, coaching, product ownership, etc. and had the opportunity to further develop my skill set.
The last years I get an enormous smile to facilitate groups of people in their journey towards self-organization. This ensures honesty, transparency and enables that we can do it better tomorrow. In addition, this also creates an opening for developing the connections between people even more and enables an environment where people want to be a part of.
During the last years a lot of companies have become very agile when it comes to the product, but not in the way they are organized. The organizational structure on paper, in a lot of cases, doesn’t reflect the way we are truly organized. Apart from that it is often very unclear on how you can alter the organizational structure and more importantly who can do that. People possess an enormous amount of knowledge on what we can try out, how we can do it differently, what we should to stop, which roles we need, etc.
